Digital Dynamo (Thailand) Co., Ltd. uses information you submit through the contact and client briefing forms to review your request, communicate with you and discuss possible services. We also use job application information to review your suitability for the position you select and contact you about recruitment.

What you share

Forms may collect your name, email, company details, business goals, project requirements, budget indication, timing and links you choose to provide. Job applications collect the position, contact details, location, experience, résumé and portfolio links, availability, and any salary expectations or additional information you provide. Please avoid sharing passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

How it is handled

Submissions are stored using the website’s hosting and database providers for agency review. Enquiry details may also be sent to our team by email and added to ClickUp for follow-up. Submitted answers are not published on the website. Job application answers and links are stored privately and added to our HR list in ClickUp for recruitment review. Submission does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

To ask about your submission, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact aanant@digitaldynamoth.com. Include the submission reference if you have one.

Browser storage and links

The forms keep unsent answers in the current page while you complete them. Third-party services reached through external links have their own privacy practices. Website hosting may process technical request information to operate and protect the service.
